INSULATED PIPE

For the transport of hot and chilled water, pipes PEX/Al/PEX and PE-RT/Al/PE-RT multilayer pipes can be supplied with a thermal insulation layer. The insulation layer consists of a sponge pipe made of closed-cell polyethylene and finished with polyethylene film that can be smooth or corrugated. The external colour is red, blue or white for pipes for hot water and white for chilled water.
These pipes are also supplied in a double version: two coated pipes are welded in sections to form the flow and return of the heating or refrigeration systems.  For the characteristics of the pipes that are coated, see see the technical specifications for PEX/Al/PEX bare pipes and PE-RT/Al/PE-RT.
