The certifications that SESTA has certify that the product has been manufactured according to specific quality standards. This may include compliance with recognized industry norms or industry standards. indicate that the product is safe for its intended use and that it meets certain safety requirements established by appropriate organizations.
SESTA presents a vast range of products ranging from the plastic piping sector: with and without aluminum to the fittings sector, each product is certified and guaranteed for 50 years.
The certifications that SESTA has concern the quality, manufacturing safety and drinkability of its products.

The company is periodically subjected to checks by certifying bodies which certify its quality and continuous adherence to evaluation standards, in order to have an excellent performing product and above all safe from all points of view.

SESTA also produces tubes without aluminium, with oxygen barrier, EVOH 3/5 layers, these latter also IIP certified as regards quality and production with positive results also for drinkability, where SESTA has faced several test reports with positive results, HY (hygiene Institut) and CSI certified.

The SESTA multilayer is designed to resist a pressure of 10 bar at a temperature of 70/95°C for 50 years. this property is ensured by long-term tests that allow the so-called regression lines to be drawn.

The SESTA SRL company also adheres to the law on civil product liability, i.e. the legal liability of a producer or seller towards a consumer or end user for damages caused by the product they put into circulation.

In general, a manufacturer or seller can be held liable for damage caused by a defective product if the following elements can be proven: Product defect and Cause of the damage. Furthermore, a causal link must be demonstrated between the product defect and the damage suffered by the person bringing the lawsuit.

There is therefore a complaint process that must be respected in order to arrive at an optimal solution that protects the seller and buyer.

The height of the SESTA platforms relating to all types of products, therefore both for bare multilayer pipe in rolls and for coated multilayer pipe in rolls for water and gas, does not exceed 230 cm in height.

the quantity in meters of the pallets of the individual products varies depending on the diameter chosen and depending on the length of the roll to which reference is made (quantities which can be seen within the product sheet to which it refers).

The platform that SESTA SRL uses for the creation of its pallets has a size of 80x80 cm for most of the diameters used, with the exception of diameters equal to or greater than 32mm as regards bare tubes, whose reference pallets have a size of 100x100 cm and the coated pipes with a diameter equal to or greater than 26 mm whose reference pallets also have dimensions equal to 100x100 cm.

1. Prices
Prices are intended ex-works (EXW) from our warehouse, VAT excluded. Price list quotations are not binding. SESTA SRL reserves the right to change sales rates at any time without prior notice.

2. Deliveries and Returns
Goods are delivered ex-warehouse by the seller and travel at the customer’s own risk. If the sale price includes transport costs to the destination, the shipment is carried out on behalf of the customer and therefore still at their own risk. SESTA SRL reserves the right to fulfill orders through partial deliveries.

3. Transport and Shipping
Shipments are made by the supplier on behalf of the customer. Quantities must be checked upon delivery. Any complaints must be addressed to the delivery operator. SESTA SRL reserves the right to charge the customer any additional transport costs requested by the carrier.

4. Delivery Terms
Any information regarding delivery times is purely indicative and not binding. Any delays shall not give rise to claims for damages or termination of the contract.

5. Payments
Payments must be made exclusively to SESTA SRL. Any delay in payment will result in the application of interest at the current rate. Disputes of any kind or amount do not entitle the customer to suspend payments. SESTA SRL reserves the right to suspend current orders if the customer is not up to date with payments. Furthermore, in the case of late or missed payments, the company reserves the right to demand advance payment for outstanding supplies or consider the contract suspended or terminated, without the buyer being entitled to compensation, indemnities, or objections.

6. Complaints
No complaints or returns will be accepted after eight days from receipt of the goods at destination. Complaints must be submitted by registered letter within the specified deadline. Any return of goods must be previously authorized by SESTA SRL. The buyer is not entitled to request termination of the contract or price reductions, nor any compensation or reimbursement of expenses. The buyer loses any right to a claim or replacement of goods if they do not immediately stop processing the disputed material. Complaints do not entitle the buyer to suspend payment of invoices.

7. Technical Specifications
SESTA SRL reserves the right to modify product technical specifications and to remove products from its catalog without notice.

8. Warranty
SESTA SRL guarantees the proper functioning of its equipment, excluding parts manufactured by third parties. For all matters not expressly stated, the current regulations apply, with the understanding that complaints do not entitle the buyer to suspend payment of invoices.

9. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of SESTA SRL until full payment is received, in accordance with applicable civil code provisions.

10. Liability
SESTA SRL assumes no liability for improper or unsuitable use of its products. For all matters not expressly stated, the current regulations apply, with the understanding that complaints do not entitle the buyer to suspend payment of invoices.

11. Jurisdiction
For any dispute, without exception, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, even if the sale was concluded elsewhere.

12. Interest
Reference: EU Directive No. 35/2000 – Legislative Decree 09/10/2002 No. 231 published in Official Gazette No. 249 on 23/10/2002 – Circular No. 1 dated 14/01/2003. Failure to pay on the due date (as indicated on the invoice) automatically entitles the creditor to charge late payment interest as well as any debt recovery costs. Interest accrues from the day following the payment due date without any need for formal notice of default. The automatic accrual of late payment interest for delayed payments is based on the European Central Bank interest rate increased by 7 percentage points.
