MONOLAYER PIPE

They are pipes consisting of a single component, PEX or PE-RT. They are used when there are no special requirements for mechanical resistance, such as multilayer pipes with Aluminium, or of impermeability to oxygen diffusion, such as multilayer pipes with EVOH.
However, it should be noted that these pipes have special mechanical and thermal resistance characteristics that place them well above well above other commonly used products, such as those in Polyethylene or Polypropylene.
